Registration

Registration is fast and easy! You can download our forms listed below and email it to our office. The registration fee is $50 for the first child and $30 for each additional child and can be paid using the square payment method or cash app. Our email address is treetopchildcare112@gmail.com. The registration process is not complete until all registration fees are paid in full. Applications are chosen on a first come first served basis.

About our Payment Schedule

Payments may be made monthly or weekly. Weekly payments are made the Monday during the week of attendance. Monthly payments are due on the first day of the month. There is a $5 per day late fee added to payments made after the due date. Payments not made by Wednesday will result in your child not being able to attend until payment is made in full including all late fees. Drop in payments are made on the day children receive care. For example, if your child is in attendance on Saturday your payment is due on Saturday at drop off.
